Josh Stemper – guitar
Biography:
Josh teaches Guitar and Bass and has 14 years experience in teaching. He plays with two bands “The Receivers” (rock)and “The Josh Stemper Trio” (Jazz). He has toured and recorded nationally.
Lesson Information:
Josh teaches Rock, Blues, Jazz, Metal and Finger style guitar. He teaches proper picking techniques, Open bar and advanced chord voicing. Reading music and understanding theory with Major, minor and pentatonic scales and improvisation are all part of his lesson techniques. His students know him to be Kind, patient and knowledgeable. He likes to cater lessons to each individual need and musical preferences from “twinkle twinkle to Jimi Hendrix”.
He teaches students over the age of 6. Also has bi-annual recitals.
